Situated on the French bank of Lake Geneva, the Thonon-Evian conglomeration is just 30 km from Geneva’s International airport and 30 minutes by boat from Lausanne.
World renowned for their hydrotherapy station and mineral waters, Thonon and Evian are at the foot of Mont Blanc and its major ski resorts (Chamonix, Megeve…)
Teaching based on a hundred years of tradition
Our school is the oldest state hotel and catering school in France. Created in 1912, it fiercely preserves know-how and expertise gained over the last 100 years. Listed by the Michelin Guide, we manage a 32 bedroom 3-star hotel overlooking the Lake as well as a gastronomic restaurant and brasserie. Our ex-student network offers a real advantage for all our students throughout their careers.
